| At the heart of Zuma Developments,
a London-based development company, is the belief that those

driving the designs of the Murphy Street properties at a
conceptual level, was focused on this very aim.
The designs were born out of a true understanding
of the local environment, combined with a progressive approach
toward modern structure that Wolveridge Architects were
able to deliver to the project.
The homes are constructed on prime land sites owned for
over a decade by the adjoining property (co-owners of Zuma
Developments) so the need to maintain the exclusivity and
outlook of the immediate streetscape was paramount.
A long-term view of quality of materials,
longevity of design and investment in landscaping, coupled
with a focus on space and privacy has been maintained.
In achieving our aims, there has been an uncompromising
focus on the detailing of each property to create environments
